Fix Example ActiveRecord WebDAV Controller

The first version of WebDAV had an example ActiveRecord WebDAV controller which exposed database tables as folders and records as YAML files.
This needs to be fixed for the latest version.

- State changed from “open” to “resolved”
The existing example now works with Rails 1.2.2 and RailsDAV in revision 16 but it needs replacing with a better example as it is a bit messy
