Add callbacks back into RAILSDAV

The original callbacks such as before_webdav_put are no longer supported in the latest release.
They need to be added back in.

Fixed in revision 16. The callbacks require the methods to be overidden rather than the fancier ActiveRecord callbacks which i may put in later.
